I’m not just another voice on the internet with an opinion about kale vs. bacon. I’m a trained pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, which means I’ve spent years learning how the human body works — and how science often gets misinterpreted (or conveniently ignored) in the wellness space.

On top of that, I’ve spent the last 25 years working in innovation and marketing for nutritional supplements and foods for special medical purposes. In other words, I’ve been on the inside of the very industry that’s constantly telling you what to eat, drink, and swallow in pill form.

That combination — formal training plus decades of real-world experience — is why I approach nutrition the way I do: evidence first, marketing claims second, and a healthy dose of skepticism always. My goal here isn’t to sell you supplements or push fads — it’s to cut through the noise and give you information you can actually use to make informed choices about your health.
